Flairline's Low Friction cylinders are used in ergonomic assembly operations to balance the weight of hand controlled assembly equipment. Low Friction single or double acting cylinders let the equipment designer control the lifting load consistently to alleviate operator fatigue and excessive equipment wear. Flairline cylinders are attached to gantry systems using a torque tube and our torque reaction, non-rotating cylinders to line balance the twisting motion of end of arm tooling applications.
